Do I need to be technical to work with you?
Not at all. Most of my clients are non-technical founders and operators. My job is to translate the complexity into plain-language decisions and then handle the implementation myself.
What types of businesses do you work with?
Agencies, consultancies, e-commerce brands, solo founders, professional services. Basically any business where a large portion of the work is knowledge work or communication — that's where AI has the biggest ROI.
What if I need more implementation work?
The retainer includes a meaningful block of hands-on implementation each month — typically enough for 1–2 solid automations or a proof of concept. Need more? We add hours at a project rate. Just let me know in advance.
How is this different from hiring a full-time AI person?
A full-time AI hire costs $80,000–$150,000+ per year, requires onboarding, and may not keep up with the pace of change. As a fractional advisor, I'm already up-to-date, I work across multiple industries so I bring broader perspective, and you can scale the engagement up or down — at a fraction of the cost.
How many retainer clients do you take on?
I cap at 5 retainer clients to maintain quality and responsiveness. The discovery call is the best way to check current availability.
How long does the retainer last?
Month-to-month, no lock-in. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. That said, most clients see the biggest results after month 2–3 once we've completed the initial audit and have a rhythm going.
What time zone are you in?
I'm based in CET and comfortably work across European, UK, and US Eastern time zones. Most retainer clients have calls scheduled between 9am–6pm CET, but I'm flexible.
